Privacy policy
The short version: the numbers you type into a calculator stay in your browser and are never sent to us. We use analytics to learn which pages are used and how fast they load, never what you enter into a calculator.

Your calculator inputs
Every calculation runs in your browser. The values you enter and the results you see are not sent to our servers, and they are not included in any analytics event.
When you press Share, your inputs are written into the link so whoever opens it sees the same calculation. The link only goes where you send it. After a shared link opens, the inputs are removed from the address bar.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
We use Google Analytics to understand which calculators and features are used, for example that a calculation was completed or a result was copied. Events never contain the values you entered, your results, or the page's query string. Google Analytics may set cookies; in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is off unless you agree to it, and advertising features are always off.
When you use site search, the words you type are recorded so we can learn which calculators people look for. Searches that look like an email address or a long number are never recorded.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use pages, through heatmaps and session recordings, so we can fix confusing designs. Every input and result is masked, so recordings show where you clicked, not what you typed. Clarity does not run on shared links that carry inputs. Clarity may set cookies.
Stored on your device
If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device. Analytics cookies are described above.
What we do not do
We have no accounts, so we hold no names, emails or passwords. We do not sell data, we do not show ads, and we do not use advertising cookies.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Google and Microsoft process analytics data under their own privacy policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
